For many of our clients, the initial setup is just the first step, as we will already have identified additional cost saving ideas and new business opportunities. Typically our clients enter into ongoing relationships with us, relying on us for advice and support around all your business ventures.
- Maintenance of each company’s statutory registers including completion of an initial health check of each company to ensure it is in good standing.
- Ensuring that the annual return corresponds with the companies understanding and the records held at the local registry and the statutory registers.
- Ensuring that the registered office of each company is at an appropriate location including preparing any documentation to effect a change if required.
- Preparation and submission of annual returns in accordance with local requirements.
- Issuing a reminder notice of the need to file annual accounts at least one calendar month before the filing deadline.
- Preparation of a notice of meeting and minutes for the ordinary business to be dealt with at the annual general meeting of shareholders. For example approval of accounts, declaration of dividends, and re-appointment of auditors.
- Preparation of the documentation in respect of two routine changes to any one company during the year, for instance, changes in directors or registered office. Where relevant, the appropriate forms to be filed at the public companies registries will also be prepared and filed
- Providing the company’s auditors with access to the statutory books of the Company for the purposes of the annual audit if necessary.
- General advice with regard to local law and company secretarial practice concerning the companies, liaising with the group and third parties as necessary.
- Revision of all contracts and legal agreements
- Transacting and renewals of Employment Visas to include, permissions to board, medicals, fingerprinting, visa stamping etc. Please note that Government fees are not included which may amount to approximately between 5000 and 8000 AED depending on the classification of employment at the time with the Ministry of Immigration.
- Employee Contracts & Security (safe holding of travel documents)
- Staff Rental Property Management if required
- Assistance to Management, Shareholders & Directors
- Representation virtual and real attendance at meetings
- Full reporting to shareholders
We can work on terms such as or similar to either option below.
- Option A: A fixed fee per hour spent (monthly invoice with time sheet)
- Option B: A fixed monthly retainer fee against a set maximum number of hours every 3months at discounted rate payable 3 monthly in advance, should the workload exceed the stated hours, the extra hours will be billed for at the same reduced rate revision of hours used on a monthly basis.
- Option C: A fixed monthly retainer against a set maximum number of hours per year at discounted rate payable 6 monthly in advance, should the workload exceed the stated hours, the extra hours will be billed for at the same rate
